Remove the work that slows growth.
Train teams. Build AI systems. Improve outcomes.
Ratio Africa helps companies fix the bottlenecks behind slow execution, weak adoption, manual processes, and stretched teams. The work spans sales, operations, finance, product, learning, and customer experience. Whether it lands as training, AI systems, advisory, or embedded leadership, the goal is the same: faster decisions, less drag, stronger teams, and better business results.

How we work
Four lanes. Train, build, transform, embed. Pick what fits the problem.
01
Train
Ratio Africa provides training cohorts for anyone, in any role, who wants to build, not just read about building. Two tracks, three levels. Graduates leave with a working system, not just a certificate.
See cohorts →02
Build
Ratio Africa scopes, builds, and ships AI agents and AI-powered software that companies can run in production. Lead generation, partnership scouting, candidate sourcing, support triage, and other workflows worth automating.
Explore agent builds →03
Transform
Hands-on product work that diagnoses the real problem first, then fixes and grows what you have built, or builds it from scratch when that is what the diagnosis calls for.
Book a discovery call →04
Embed
Ratio Africa places experienced product managers within teams that need execution muscle. Fractional CPOs for founders, senior PMs for growing teams, and mid-level PMs for roadmap delivery.

Six agents. Seventeen countries. Three cents per run.
We built a six-agent autonomous lead generation pipeline for an international event hosting company operating across seventeen countries. The search agent surfaces opportunities, the qualifying agent scores them, the enrichment waterfall identifies contacts, the drafting agent creates outreach messages, the CRM agent pushes data to HubSpot, and the archiving agent removes duplicates from the database.
The system runs every Monday and Thursday at 7:00 a.m., costs approximately three cents per run, and generates between twelve and eighteen qualified opportunities each week. The client reviews the drafts, personalises them where necessary, and sends them.
“We saved a marketing hire we were about to make.”
The full pipeline runs autonomously every Monday at 7am WAT.
Shipped by a graduate
A cohort graduate built a tender and RFP scout for a Nigerian NGO. Surfaces relevant agriculture-sector opportunities across donor databases every Monday. Same architecture, different domain.
